Education: We firmly believe that education is the key to long term plan satisfaction.  Instead of keeping our clients in the dark, we help them thoroughly understand the dynamics of these programs through discussion and disclosure of the various product components, investment options, and related legal and tax issues.  By continually evaluating trends, assessing providers, and pushing for product innovation, we keep our clients ahead of the curve.  

Evaluation: This process is very involved, and includes modeling of the financial impact of various plan structures, scenario/shock analysis of plan performance in different economic cycles, and comparative analysis of structures and options.

Implementation: Once the alternatives have been understood and evaluated,  IIG partners with clients to see the project through implementation and long term administration.  This would include initiation and oversight of coverage and investment options. For financial institutions, this also includes regulatory and compliance support pertaining to OCC and OTS interagency guidance.  IIG utilizes SAS 70 compliant administration systems for long term plan administration and reporting

Advisory Services: Our on-going advisory services include consulting on in-force programs, industry leading quarterly credit reporting/analysis, regulatory compliance support, and non-qualified benefit program administration oversight. We continually monitor the legislative environment to keep clients informed of any potential changes that could impact their programs. Our relationship based service model ensures that we remain involved for the long-term.
